                                                         The SDCOE Organizational Survey Results Are In
SDCAE members will have the opportunity to meet with Hanover in early September. We will post the date and send the link as soon as it is confirmed. Hanover will provide an overview of the results and we will be able to ask specific questions and make requests for specific data analysis of the results.  See you there!

SDCAE GOALS for 2026-2027

Goal One:
​We will improve engagement and organization by increasing committee and Site Rep Council capacity through the use of social media and other means of communication.

Goal Two:
We will strengthen our Site Rep Council and member advocacy by strengthening the connection between Executive Council, Site Reps, and General Membership. 

Goal Three:
We will take bold strategic action to strengthen and defend, members, students, their families, and public education.

​Goal Four:
We will continue to develop. codify, and implement  policies and procedures to ensure safe and productive learning environments for students and staff.
