SDCAE Supporting CTAs Mission to: 

Protect and promote the well being of its members; to improve the conditions of teaching and learning; to advance the cause of free, universal, and quality public education; to ensure that the human dignity and civil rights of all children and youth are protected; and to secure a more just, equitable, and democratic society.

SDCAE GOALS for 2025-2026 

Goal One:
​We will improve engagement and organization through the use of social media, political action, and communication.

Goal Two:
We will strengthen our Site Rep Council and member advocacy by providing ongoing one-on-one and group  training and support.

Goal Three:
We will take bold strategic action to strengthen and defend, members, students, their families, and public education.

​Goal Four:
We will continue to develop policies and procedures to ensure safe and productive learning environments for students and staff.
